Pain Management vs Pain Healing

Do you experience recurring tension or pain? Do you feel you’ve got a handle on it as long as you stretch, get the help of a professional, or take a pain killer? What happens when you stop stretching, when you stop receiving help from a health practitioner, or stop taking pain medication?

Are you sick and tired of dealing with it but you don’t know what else to do?
Does it limit your life in some ways? Do you have to be careful about what you do from fear to trigger your pain? Does it affect your sleeping, make you grouchy sometimes, and does it definitely tune down your joy?

Recurring tension or pain are a sign of non-integrated functioning

If that scenario sounds familiar and it comes back no matter what you do, then you have been managing your tension or pain but you have not yet created the healing space necessary for it to clear. And believe me, you are not the only one suffering from recurring or ongoing tension or pain as a result of not knowing how to create healing space.

The truth is that, 9 out of 10 times, creating healing space with “integrated functioning” is the solution to reduce, eliminate, or prevent such common tension or pain in your muscles or joints.

What is Integrated Functioning?
Easy as pie to understand, here is how:
A car runs smoothly when all parts are working properly but you can tell when something is off and you get it checked and fixed by a professional mechanic as soon as possible. When your body runs smoothly because all your body parts are working harmoniously together, you are experiencing “Integrated Functioning”. When something is off in the proper functioning of your body, you also feel it. If it is one of your organ, you feel out of sorts. If it is in your muscles or joints, you feel tension or pain.

Your body has an intelligence of its own and it communicates to you through these unpleasant sensations. They are some sort of warning signs that you are not functioning optimally as the integrated individual you are designed to be. Unfortunately, the more they are ignored or covered up, the bigger they get over time.

That’s why it’s important to listen and decode the message delivered by your tension or pain instead of focusing on making them disappear one way or the other.

Because you have been told so, you may believe that stretching, strengthening, massages, or other forms of treatments are the best answer to your challenges. They can help some. In fact, you may believe in them because you got some relief that way.

The thing is, without discovering the underlying mindset, movements or posture habits that are fueling your tension or pain, nothing can give you lasting results, when you even get results. At best, you make your pain manageable for a short while.

Now that you understand what’s going on:

Are you ready to explore this unique solution to clear your tension or pain? Are you ready to discover daily habits that are in the way of optimal wellbeing?

No set of general tips is going to apply in all situations, so, allow me to provide a customized consultation for you.
